Managerial Quotient (MQ) is an employee performance assessment system which is specifically designed to assess the core managerial competencies of the management level employees in diversified organizations.

The organization (client) gets a license valid for one year to complete the process of registration.
The organization's admin (may be HR department) adds employees (needed to be assessed) to the Managerial Quotient (MQ) in their specific portal with requisite information about employees.
The organization's admin assigns particular assessment to specific employee(s) keeping in view the requirement/ objectives.
Upon adding employees, the login details as submitted; are shared with employees by the organization's admin.
The employee will log in by using Managerial Quotient (MQ) User portal to access that assessment being assigned by Organization's admin.
During the assessment, the employee needs to read the statements carefully and will chose the best scale (option) according to his or her knowledge, expertise and experience.
The assessments are time bound and need to be completed accordingly.
After completion, the employee will submit the assessment and log out the portal.
The organization's admin can access the different reports for that specific employee(s) and all the reports can be downloaded in pdf format afterwards.
The reports can be shared with all stakeholders in order to facilitate the decision making regarding that particular employee(s) in view of the performance evaluation.
The Managerial Quotient (MQ) saves the data and can be retrieved accordingly.
